Staff interested in positions involved with the waterfront, ropes course, horseback riding, gymnastics and archery will need a basic level of
certification. Anyone applying for an athletic position MUST have coaching credentials in the sport they are applying to work with. All art positions must have a strong art
education background and have experience working with children. Higher key level positions can require a college diploma.
All staff will earn a salary that is commensurate with their level of position or year in school as well as room and board. Official
contract packets are sent to every staff member. Start and end dates vary depending upon job requirements, your certification levels (if required) and camp needs. Please be aware that
some specialty area's have much earlier start dates and/or later end dates. Contact a director for more info.
